MEET THE OWNER

Melissa Gavilanes

Melissa’s background is diverse - graduating in Politics, Economics, and Social Sciences from the University of Sydney in 2018.

At the beginning of 2016 Melissa managed several small restaurants and cafes while studying at Sydney University. On 2020 she joined one of the biggest Banks of Australia to work in the Regulatory and Compliance Operations, this would give Melissa a great chance to learn valuable skills such as time management, attention to detail, delivering projects within SLAs, standardisation of processes utilising SOPs and UG as well as acquiring strong communication skills given that this role will demand constant communications to stakeholders and leaders from the Business Unit.

As a result, her robust background in managing small businesses and honing her customer service finesse, she brings a wealth of experience into the day to day management of Venetian Glow Finishes.

Melissa is supported by a team of experienced tradespeople who complete all rendering work with care and precision.
